The Problem

Focus and mood tracking tools read as clinical — logging a session felt like data entry, not self-reflection, so people stopped after a day or two.

The Psychological Insight — Warmth as Retention

A tracker survives on habit, and habit needs a reason to return that isn't the chart. Pairing the dashboard with an always-available AI companion — 'a warm ear, anytime' — gave the product a second, lower-friction reason to open it: not to log data, but to talk.

The Execution

Two-tab structure: a Dashboard for the focus-session ritual, and Talk for open-ended check-ins with a companion that references the user's own focus and mood patterns back to them.

The Problem

Travel agencies and DMCs spent hours assembling itineraries by hand, then shipped the client a generic PDF attachment that undercut the trip they'd just sold.

The Psychological Insight — Default Bias

A complete draft placed in front of someone gets reviewed, not rebuilt from scratch — people default to whatever's already there. So the AI generates a full itinerary first, and the agent's job shifts from writing to editing.

The Execution

Built the flow around one AI-drafted itinerary per request, delivered as a branded, live link instead of a PDF — the format itself signals the trip was made for this client, not templated.

The Problem

Cold outreach at scale reads as generic — buyers can tell a templated pitch in one line and stop reading before the offer.

The Psychological Insight — The Illusion of Labor

A pitch that visibly did the work — naming the exact site issue, citing the real review count — reads as earned, not automated, even when it's AI-generated end to end. Visible effort is what earns the reply.

The Execution

Paired lead scoring and a website audit with AI-drafted outreach that opens with the specific finding, so every message leads with proof instead of a generic hook.

The analog & the digital
